Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction of residential custom homes and single family houses.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the construction of residential custom homes and single family houses.Oversee subcontractors and ensure that all construction is completed according to the approved plans, specifications and schedule.Ensure quality control and safety protocols are followed.Ensure that all construction is in compliance with all applicable codes.Review and approve progress payments to subcontractors.Provide weekly progress reports to project manager.Ensure that all project paperwork is completed and submitted on time.Maintain open and effective communication with all parties involved in the project.Qualifications5+ years of experience in construction management.Strong knowledge of residential construction.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Knowledge of applicable building codes.Experience with scheduling and cost estimation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to Have Skills: Construction Manager, Residential, Construction, Home, Homes, Single Family, House, Custom Homes.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
