We are looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager with a passion for digital marketing to help drive our next phase of growth.Job Summary:As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to optimize campaigns, scale marketing initiatives, and continuously improve conversion rates. This is a key role for someone with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of growth strategies and contribute to our company's expansion.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement growth strategies: Build and manage full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, content marketing, etc.) aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Performance analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms.A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead A/B tests and growth experiments to improve key metrics.Collaborate with teams: Partner with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging consistency.Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns that drive qualified leads to the sales team.Content Strategy: Work with internal teams to develop compelling, conversion-focused marketing content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).Paid Advertising: Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize for ROI.Email Marketing: Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Reporting: Provide regular reporting on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to senior leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.Proven experience with growth strategies and performance marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.Experience running A/B tests and data-driven marketing experiments.Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a results-driven mindset.Nice to Have:Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the tech or event management industry.Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies for SaaS or tech-driven services.Familiarity with Zoho Campaigns is nice to have, but not required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible working hours and remote working options.Professional development opportunities.A collaborative, growth-focused company culture.Equity stock options.
