Position: Human Resources ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager responsible for firm-wide HR functions, including resource planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, benefits administration, and employee relations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide managerial and administrative support for all human resource functions, continuously evaluating and improving policies and procedures.Manage recruitment, hiring, development, and retention programs while ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and best practices.Determine staffing needs and oversee non-exempt personnel, including administrative and clerical staff, to meet firm expectations.Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and leave of absence requests.Coordinate benefits administration, including 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan.Ensure updated job descriptions for support staff and review them regularly.Keep senior management informed of HR matters, assist with reporting and financial analysis, and help integrate new hires.Other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent experience. HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR are a plus.4+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to recommend and implement solutions.Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with leadership, attorneys, and staff.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.Compensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
