As we continue to expand our business in the beauty, health, and pharmaceutical sectors, we are looking for a motivated marketing specialist to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant PD/Marketing manager will work closely with PD/Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing and co-developing internal and external marketing presentations alongside formula innovation pipeline with other team members;Continually research and study current and upcoming trends in beauty as well as other industries (fashion, home/lifestyle, food/beverage) and report on findings to Director of Sales & Marketing;Identify white space opportunities by remaining in-tune to consumer insights, retail landscape, and social media;Communicate with clients and provide them in-depth market information and new products proposals that fit to each client's needs;Work closely with the project manager, R&D, and packaging on product selections and positioning;Lead content creation as it relates to the product marketing story, marketing claims & points of difference.Manage content for formula collections, internal PD and sales requests, including but not limited to presentation decks, marketing sheets, trend slides, and competitive analysis;Maintain and keep organized in-house library of lab samples, competitive products, and benchmarks;Create and maintain marketing library;Develop and implement strategy for company promotion and marketing;Other duties as required.QualificationsStrong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills in Korean and EnglishSelf-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on, strategic approach to businessDetail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUses creative problem-solving to address challengesExperience navigating cross-functional team dynamics to elicit responses and achieve resultsExperienced in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite or Microsoft TeamsAbility to quickly and amicably respond to changing client needs and conditionsAbility to evaluate, interpret and analyze both written and verbal communicationCompetitive drive, balanced with team-oriented, positive attitudeCustomer service mindsetResilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilitiesSchedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST (On-site)Work Location:Teaneck, NJ, 07666Benefits:Health insurancePaid vacation 10 days401K with 4% matching
