Position OverviewThe Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the audit process for our clients. This role requires a highly skilled CPA with experience in audit management, as well as strong knowledge of Quickbooks, auditing, accounting, tax, risk management, and quality control. The ideal candidate will also have experience with EBP, government, and not-for-profit audits. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of auditors and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall audit process for clients, including planning, execution, and reportingReview and analyze financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and complianceProvide guidance and support to audit team members, including conducting performance evaluations and mentoringCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issuesAssist in the development and implementation of audit policies and proceduresConduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risksManage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensure deadlines are metStay up-to-date on relevant accounting and auditing standards and regulationsCollaborate with other departments, such as tax and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clientsParticipate in business development activities, such as attending networking events and identifying opportunities for new clientsQualificationsCPA certification is requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in audit managementStrong knowledge of Quickbooks, auditing, accounting, tax, and risk managementExperience with EBP, government, and/or not-for-profit audits is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAbility to maintainBenefitsFull Benefits Short Term & Long Term Disability3 weeks PTOCompany paid license renewalsHybrid schedule and remote flexibilityReduced busy season hours (average 50 hours/week)Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
