This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and display networks. The position requires collaboration with web, design, and content teams to create effective ad content and landing pages, with the ultimate goal of driving web traffic, generating leads, and nurturing them toward conversion.Key responsibilities include managing B2B-focused paid media campaigns, optimizing ad performance through data analysis, and implementing advanced strategies such as audience segmentation, bidding, and geo-targeting. The role also involves tracking ROI, campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting, while supporting broader marketing initiatives like event planning, website updates, and email campaigns.Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, a strong understanding of B2B demand generation, proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, and experience managing paid media for B2B services and SaaS offerings. The role requires excellent project management skills, a proactive, data-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute paid media campaign strategies across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, display ads, and emerging channels.Collaborate with web, design, and content teams to create engaging landing pages, ad content, and multimedia ads.Manage marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and website traffic through paid search, social media ads, display ads, retargeting, and other digital channels.Drive web traffic to generate and nurture leads, ultimately leading to conversions.Analyze ad performance data, identify trends, conduct experiments, and generate insights.Implement advanced ad strategies, including audience segmentation, keyword optimization, bidding, and geo-targeting.Craft and optimize demand generation landing pages using WordPress.Support additional marketing initiatives such as event planning, website updates, email campaigns, social media, reporting, and operations related to demand generation.Monitor and optimize the quality and effectiveness of ad campaigns on a daily basis.Collaborate with MarTech teams to integrate and track campaigns, measuring ROI effectively.Utilize campaign performance insights to activate new channels and refine existing campaigns.Assist in campaign planning, budgeting, forecasting, and working toward lead generation goals alongside the Marketing team.Generate detailed performance reports, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.Qualifications:At least 5 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on paid media in B2B services, from agency or in-house roles.Strong B2B experience and mindset.Hands-on expertise in managing PPC, paid social, display, retargeting, and programmatic advertising platforms.Deep understanding of B2B demand generation or performance marketing.Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.Proven ability to target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and generate MQLs, SQLs, and meetings.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proactive and autonomous approach to campaign optimization.Ability to perform in-depth research on offerings, customer profiles, and products, and translate that into actionable campaigns.Familiarity with CRMs and MAPs, particularly Pardot Salesforce and Sales Salesforce.Proven success in managing paid media campaigns for B2B services and SaaS offerings.Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and tracking tools.Proficiency in landing page creation, ad copywriting, and conversion optimization.Design sensibility; knowledge of design tools is a plus.Attributes and Strengths:Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of translating concepts into actionable strategies.Ability to work independently and propose new ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment.Willingness to collaborate on tasks outside of primary responsibilities.Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of KPIs and digital marketing funnels.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced situations.Effective communicator, capable of setting expectations and prioritizing tasks across different levels and teams.Experience working across diverse teams and regions, thriving in deadline-driven environments.
