Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to paint industrial surfaces according to specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.Select and mix paints and coatings to match specifications.Apply paint using a variety of methods including brushes, rollers, and spray systems.Monitor and maintain painting equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.Maintain accurate records of all painting activities.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Painter in an industrial setting.Knowledge of painting techniques and principles.Ability to interpret and follow specifications and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to have: Experience with Paint, Industrial, Construction, Commercial, Foreman, Field, Technician.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
