The Master Scheduler is responsible for creating and completing the daily production plan. Reports into the Director of Supply Chain.Client DetailsMy client is a growing food manufacturing and distribution company.DescriptionSchedule daily/weekly production plan for all production lines based on open production orders and provided demand forecastCoordinate Weekly Capacity & Labor Plan within shared group; communicate to stakeholders and management on possible exposureActive participate on the S&OP forecast process, responsible for building and aligning 3 monthsforecast by brand/product group based on sales and marketing plan inputWork with the marketing/sales to ensure new product launch volumes are properly planned. Monitor early-life sales and adjust forecasts promptly as required - particularly for high-value and high-variance SKUs. Review monthly statistical output based supported by S&OP output.Maintain accuracy scorecard based planned versus actual; provides reasons why production was not met or has surpassed. Communicate constraints/delays to sales, operations, production team, etc.Maintain Postproduction Reporting, manage Yield adjustment percentages on Grinds and CutsCo-Manage Microwave Schedule and TTC Scheduling (Transfer to Cooler).
