Our company is fast-paced, collaborative, and offers opportunities for significant growth. As our Marketing Manager, you'll have the chance to work directly with the company owner and play a key role in shaping our future marketing team.Job Responsibilities:Lead Digital Marketing Efforts: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot to drive traffic, conversions, and lead quality.HubSpot Administration: Oversee all aspects of HubSpot, including automations, workflows, reporting, and optimization.Social Media and Email Campaigns: Develop and execute social media strategies and email marketing campaigns, focusing on B2B lead generation and customer retention.Content Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house designer to create compelling marketing materials that support the sales team and drive hot leads.KPIs and Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance, with a focus on increasing MQLs, SQLs, traffic, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies to support long-term business growth and success.Experience & Requirements:2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation, PPC (Google & Facebook Ads), and HubSpot management.Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Experience with B2B marketing is required. Experience in the MSP or IT industry is highly preferred.Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media management, and content strategy.HubSpot experience (admin level preferred), with expertise in workflows, automations, and reporting.A proactive attitude and a willingness to grow with the company.Cultural Fit:We are looking for someone who is adaptable, takes initiative, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will be eager to collaborate with sales teams and executives to achieve measurable marketing results.Future leadership potential is important as we plan to expand the marketing team based on results.Logistics:Location: In-office to start, with the potential for hybrid work as the role evolves.Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000, based on experience.Growth Opportunities: The right candidate will have the chance to move into a leadership position and eventually run the entire marketing team as the company grows.Success Metrics:Your success in this role will be measured by:Increased MQLs and SQLsImprovements in traffic and conversion rates.ROI on marketing spend and campaigns.Optimizing workflows and automations in HubSpot.
