This role combines creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure all marketing initiatives reflect Asset Based Lending's brand identity while supporting key business objectives. The creative marketing manager will also collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure all creative outputs are on-brand and effective in reaching target audiences. Key Responsibilities:Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team in the development and execution of high-quality marketing content, including podcasts, videos, photography, infographics, and other visual assets, ensuring that all creative output is on-brand and meets project goals.Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive, cross-functional marketing materials for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Brand Alignment: Ensure that all creative content, from concept to final production, adheres to Asset Based Lending's brand guidelines and messaging framework, maintaining consistency across all marketing platforms.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and business development teams to support integrated campaigns that achieve company objectives and enhance brand presence.Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage, and execute the creative production calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets for ongoing marketing campaigns and product launches.Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of creative content by tracking performance metrics, gathering feedback, and using insights to refine creative strategies, enhance engagement, and achieve marketing goals.SEO and Digital Collaboration: Manage external SEO/Google Paid Ad agency and work with internal teams to ensure creative content supports SEO best practices and paid advertising initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in creative marketing or production roles, with a strong track record of managing marketing content creation.A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects.Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments and with external partners.Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and content performance analysis tools is a plus.
