As Manager of Marketing, you will join PayCargo to drive hyper-growth as the company further establishes its position as the most trusted logistics payment platform. You will oversee a 5-person marketing team and be responsible for the strategy and execution of all branding, demand generation, and go-to-market efforts across PayCargo's ecosystem of products, events, and network growth.In this highly visible and critical role, you will be instrumental in scaling the organization to achieve exponential revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of new clients and maximizing client lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience developing marketing initiatives on a rapidly growing premium B2B organization and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.You will specialize in data-driven demand generation, conversion optimization, and premium positioning that drives the adoption of products. The successful candidate will champion PayCargo's culture and core values, be ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment and possess strong leadership skills.Key Responsibilities: Prior experience in Demand Generation: Devise and implement a holistic demand generation strategy that encompasses all aspects of PayCargo's marketing efforts, from online campaigns to high-profile events.Product Marketing Management: Develop compelling marketing strategies and offers for PayCargo's product lines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Multichannel Marketing Execution: Oversee and optimize a multichannel marketing strategy, incorporating digital, social, and traditional channels to maximize reach and impact.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions, ensuring strategies are based on solid evidence and insights to achieve measurable results.Event Marketing and Promotion: Lead the marketing efforts for PayCargo's flagship events, ensuring each event achieves its engagement goals, and elevates the PayCargo brand.Content Strategy Oversight: Guide the development and execution of PayCargo's content strategy, ensuring all content is on-brand, compelling, and effectively supports marketing and business objectives.Innovation and Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, continuously exploring new marketing technologies, strategies, and approaches to keep PayCargo at the forefront of the logistics marketing space.Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing detailed reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. Measure program performance through metrics such as sales pipeline generated, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), win rates, and revenue.Campaign and Program Development: Create targeted campaigns and programs to penetrate new accounts and expand existing accounts. Track metrics such as the number of net new accounts, account penetration, and account expansion revenue.Integrated Multi-Channel Campaigns: Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to generate inquiries and leads. Analyze campaign response rates, lead generation rates, cost per qualified lead, and cost of acquisition.Conversion Rate Optimization: Enhance website, ads, emails, and assets to improve conversion rates.Brand Activation and Training: Train the team on PayCargo methodologies, brand standards, and premium positioning, and activate the brand internally to build a strong culture and turn employees into advocates.Test-and-Learn Approach: Implement a rigorous test-and-learn approach to optimize campaigns, programs, and copywriting. Focus on testing volume, learning cycle times, and revenue gains from winning tests.Data-Driven Culture: Build a data-driven culture using marketing dashboards and analytics to guide decisions.Brand Equity Research: Conduct brand equity research to understand current perceptions, sentiments, attributes, and associations. Market effectively to the existing client base to create ascension and upsell opportunities, thereby maximizing client lifetime value.Brand Consistency: Create and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Monitor compliance rates and measure engagement and advocacy through surveys and social listening. Monitor online reviews and feedback channels to maintain brand integrity.QualificationsHands on experience in a Marketing management role at a high-growth entrepreneurial organization with results-based evidence in north star metrics.Demonstrated expertise in demand generation/demand capture of inbound leads and transactions.Direct experience in crafting, executing, and scaling conversion funnels, content marketing, email marketing, social media, search marketing, data/analytics, and testing/optimization for premium B2B service offerings.Obsession with data, including tracking and analyzing large datasets to drive strategy.A passion for marketing, with undeniable evidence of your direct impact on previous company growth.Experience leading a high-growth marketing team composed of various marketing-based roles, with the ability to "talk the talk and walk the walk" for each of those functions.Ability to deploy effective marketing strategies that increase Net New Revenue with new clients while also increasing LTV with existing clients.Deep understanding of digital marketing, with a love for the psychology of persuasion and influence. Proven track record of creating "irresistible offers" in the digital marketing space.Detail-oriented, with an eye for catching errors and optimizing processes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a refusal to settle for "good enough" or "almost" hitting targets.
