DepartmentOFFICE OF THE UNIVERSITY CONTR (UA-CTRO-IUINA) Job SummaryThis part-time position oversees all capital equipment inventory duties for University Information Technology Service (UITS) assets located on the Indianapolis campus, including tagging, scanning, and entering capital asset documents in Kuali Financial System (KFS).Departmental-Specific ResponsibilitiesMonitors the capital equipment inventory and coordinates directly with constituents to ensure appropriate inventory of equipment. Provides reporting to management on the status of capital asset physical inventory.Inventories capital equipment on Indianapolis campus in accordance with university policies and procedures.Maintains accurate location and status of UITS capital equipment located on the Indianapolis campus.
