For our client CDM STRAVITEC, a leading international company in construction and the industrial sector, we are looking for a STRATEGICMARKETING SPECIALISTTHE COMPANY & ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:CDM STRAVITEC NV is a leading international company specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of structural acoustics and vibration isolation systems for building structures and industrial applications.They are a globally recognized market leader in their sector, active in more than 30 countries and have a clear vision of the future to make our world a quieter place.To support their further growth in North America and as a local extension of the Global Marketing Department, CDM Stravitec is looking for a highly motivated STRATEGIC MARKETING SPECIALIST BASED IN THEIR OFFICE IN LANCASTER (PENNSYLVANIA) to join their team.As Regional Marketing Specialist, you are part of the marketing and product management team and report to the Group Marketing Manager (based in Europe). Together, you will ensure the further development of the CDM Stravitec brand, brand awareness, strengthening of the internal information flow, and increasing our market potential within the North American market.IN THIS DYNAMIC ROLE, YOU WILL:LEAD MARKETING STRATEGIES:Collaborating with the Country Manager, Global Marketing team, and other stakeholders you will develop and execute marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.ANALYZE COMPETITION: Support Global Segment Managers and Country Managers in monitoring competitors, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning for strategic insights.MONITOR TRENDS: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry dynamics, and emerging trends, providing actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.MANAGE EVENTSPlan and oversee exhibitions and industry events, coordinating logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities to maximize company impact.DEVELOP COLLATERALCreate and distribute marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging strategies, and manage inventory levels.OPTIMIZE EVENT PRESENCEIdentify key industry events, plan team attendance, and develop strategies to maximize the company's presence and influence.CREATE CONTENT: Collaborate with the global team to develop targeted marketing content for the North American market, including datasheets, blog posts, brochures, and advertisements.SUBMIT CONFERENCE PAPERS: Review, edit and submit conference papers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and formatting requirements.CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH: Gather customer feedback and conduct interviews to inform product development, marketing strategies, and engagement initiatives.SCAN FOR OPPORTUNITIESIdentify new market opportunities, products, partnerships, and business models through industry events and market scanning.SUPPORT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTParticipate in product creation and improvement efforts to meet customer demands.BUILD RELATIONSHIPSStay informed about market developments, identify potential partnerships, and map relevant stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A JOB FOR YOU?Then we are off to a great start! Do you also meet these requirements?Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the USA construction sectorStrong affinity for both Sales and MarketingIn-depth understanding of construction industry dynamics and market trends in the USAExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented.Able to inspire and motivate others with your ideas and initiatives.Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a teamProficient in managing marketing projects and adept at time managementProficient in using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Skilled in navigating and utilizing social media platforms effectively.You are a USA resident located in the Lancaster area (driving distance).Being fluent in English is a must.
