Avid Marketing Group is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for helping our clients execute their programs flawlessly by collaborating with Account, Creative, Digital and the Analytics Teams. We work on both digital and traditional shopper marketing programs for our clients. Our clients range from Beverage Alcohol to Hot Sauce, there is always a fun project right around the corner.Here are some of the highlighted responsibilities!Execution & PartnershipDisplay, promote and drive excellence in service delivery and content qualityBring experience managing both digital and non-digital projects and deliverablesWork with Account team members in supporting tactical delivery of services to drive our Clients' success Collaborate with the AMG Analytics Team to ensure comprehensive data analytics coverage of projects, and deliver post-program results to the Client Work with AMG Operations Team to identify, engage and manage third party vendors (digital and non-digital), while driving high quality and timely deliverables Support and collaborate with AMG Project Management Office colleagues in day-to-day work for an array of assigned clientsResearch and troubleshoot project inquiries from Account team and/or clientsDemonstrate ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced agile working environmentClient DeliveryTrack, oversee and report out on all assigned client projects Build deep understanding and subject matter expertise of AMG's Client portal and assist in preparing regular performance updates for the ClientsAssist with the coordination of print and digital projects, including coupons, self-liquidating offers and loyalty offersMaintain and organize daily work that is trackable to ensure consumer and client satisfactionCoordinate management of client materials from printers to client and/or retailersMaintain and upkeep internal documentation, system statuses and proper hygiene within projects Deliver client deliverables (proofs, timelines, etc.) via email and partake in client meetings and discussions Process ImprovementAssist in driving an increase in projects and revenue by identifying additional opportunities, recommending process flow and schedule efficiencies, and clear, consistent communication. Identify internal process issues, and where appropriate, participate in the improvement processQualifications2-3 years of Sales promotion, advertising, marketing, or related work experience required, Agency experienced preferred (Shopper or CPG shopper marketing experience a bonus!)Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a mustAbility to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasksSkilled in verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail and accuracy are critical
