Job Description:As an Associate Recruiter at LoneTree Capital, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for portfolio companies and potential investments. You will work closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to help build a high-performing teams. Your expertise in utilizing Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter and Asymbl ATS for recruitment processes will be vital in managing candidate pipelines and streamlining our hiring efforts. Experience working with sponsor backed start-up or early-stage tech or tech-enabled service companies will be highly valuable in understanding the unique needs and dynamics of these sectors.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for various roles within the firm.Organizational Structure AnalysisDevelop roles and responsibilities charts, Create current state/future charts, partner with executive teams to develop strategic hiring goalsCandidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates.Application Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from application screening to scheduling interviews and extending offers.Salesforce Utilization: Leverage Salesforce to track candidate interactions, manage recruitment workflows, and generate reports on hiring metrics.Asymbl ATS Management: Use Asymbl ATS to streamline recruitment workflows, manage candidate applications, and maintain accurate candidate records.Start-Up and Tech Experience: Apply your experience with start-up or early-stage tech and tech-enabled service companies to identify candidates who thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and enhance their experience.Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce and Asymbl ATS.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.Qualifications:Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services, growth equity, or with start-up/early-stage tech or tech-enabled service companies.Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in using Salesforce for recruitment purposes, including experience with custom objects, reports, and dashboards.Asymbl ATS Experience: Familiarity with Asymbl ATS, including its functionalities for managing recruitment workflows and candidate data.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Location: 5-day per week in-office position (Office located on Park Avenue)
