Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role will support our organizational goals by fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and StaffingDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace environment.Performance ManagementOversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees. Assist in setting performance metrics and developmental goals.Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support career development initiatives and succession planning.Policy DevelopmentDevelop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements. Ensure that all employees are informed about policies and procedures.ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.Compensation and BenefitsAssist in the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages. Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends.Organizational DevelopmentSupport organizational initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Manager 5+ years' experience.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
