Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Lead with a deep understanding of crypto and Web3 technologies. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in growth and product marketing. You will be responsible for determining the company's marketing approach, refreshing GTM strategy, and executing innovative campaigns that drive business forward.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and leverages the latest trends in crypto and Web3.GTM Strategy: Revamp and enhance our go-to-market approach to ensure effective product launches, market penetration, and growth.Campaign Management: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Growth Marketing: Utilize data-driven insights to drive growth and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product teams to position offerings effectively, create compelling messaging, and drive market demand.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven adjustments.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of working in 0 to 1 environments, particularly within the crypto or Web3 space.Background: Strong experience in growth and product marketing, with demonstrated success in strategizing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of crypto technologies, Web3 concepts, and market dynamics.Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable marketing strategies.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage cross-functional projects, and drive results.Adaptability: Comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, and open to working onsite 4 days per week in FiDi + 1 remote day
