Our Talent Acquisition team is growing and is looking for an HRIS Coordinator to support our human resource information platform. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and analytical mindset as this role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of the overall important, confidential employee information.This is a hybrid opportunity offering 3 days in office and 2 days remotely.Duties/Responsibilities:Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which includes maintenance and upgrades applications, systems, and modulesManages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS usersPrograms custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reportsCompiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR staffServes as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projectsEnsures system compliance with data security and privacy requirementsMaintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.Performs other duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goalsAbility to keep information confidentialProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field required3+ years of related experience required with HRIS administration (Paycom, ADP, etc.)Paycom experience is not required, but highly desirableSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desirableWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
