The agency is part of the Hopscotch Groupe which is headquartered in Paris.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Lead campaigns for renowned food and beverage clients, with a special focus on wine regions.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of over 30 professionals across PR, Digital, Event, and Shopper Marketing programs.Engage with international clients from France, Italy, Portugal, Austria, and Chile.Enjoy a hybrid work environment with two days in the office per week.Benefit from a generous time-off policy, including 15 PTOs, the last week of December, and additional personal and sick days.Receive a 5% 401k contribution and healthcare coverage at 98%.PROFILE:Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven ability to anticipate trends, drive campaigns, and take responsibility for final budgets and reporting. Agency experience is a plus.A growing personal network within the food and beverage industry, paired with demonstrated market and industry knowledge.Strong independent analytical skills and an ability to address challenges creatively and effectively.Experience in inter-departmental collaboration, with a focus on teamwork and holistic approaches.Proven ability to lead recommendations and proposals for clients, support new business development, and coach and delegate tasks to junior team members.Excellent writing skills, with fluency in French or Italian being an added advantage.Strong knowledge of digital channels, community management tools, and platforms, with experience in paid social media, content development, and influencer partnerships.A meticulous approach to campaign execution, ensuring every detail aligns with overall strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES:Paid Social (~35%):Manage day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns, including advertising, boosts, and paid search for both B2B and B2C accounts.Develop and optimize paid media strategies to align with and support overall account growth objectives.Define, measure, and report on key paid media performance indicators (KPIs).Oversee and manage the overall paid media budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with campaign goals.Stay ahead of industry trends, providing clients with insights on best practices and new digital marketing technologies.Digital Communications and Community Management (~35%):Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies, with a focus on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Oversee the creation of engaging social media content, including coordinating photoshoots, influencer campaigns, and freelance contributions.Draft and manage various brand content pieces, including content calendars, influencer briefs, event invitations, blog posts, and more.Organize and host influencer events, acting as the face of clients in the digital sphere.Monitor social media KPIs to assess growth and engagement, leveraging social listening, monitoring, and reporting tools to ensure campaign success.Cultivate and expand relationships with influencers, KOLs, content creators, freelancers, and creatives.Constantly stay informed on the evolving digital landscape, ensuring clients are always ahead of the curve.Management (~15%):Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear guidance and support to managers and junior team members.New Business Support (~15%):Spearhead new business pitches by developing creative concepts, crafting compelling decks, and presenting strategic recommendations to potential clients.Collaborate across departments to ensure integrated campaign strategies and seamless execution.Build and maintain a strong personal network within the industry, leveraging relationships to secure new business opportunities.
