Arco Media Group is looking to hire a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant. We would like to reiterate that this position is not remote. The Executive Admin Assistant will be reporting directly to the CEO and engaging in standard assistant tasks such as calendar management, email correspondence, meeting participation and notetaking, and more. Our office is fast-growing, energetic, and located right in the heart of Red Bank, NJ. The daily responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:Managing the CEO's calendar, being mindful of the schedule when putting new meetings on the calendarAttending all meetings for all of AMG's brands (5 total right now, and counting), taking detailed notes for each meeting, and relaying them back to the CEORunning business-related errands for the CEO as needed (picking up things at the bank in town, post office, etc.) Preparing the office before in-house meetings accordingly. This includes ordering food and beverages, making the conference room presentable, etc.Frequently replying to all emails sent to the CEO that require immediate attention. This may include monitoring his email volume to ensure no emails are missed.Managing the office in general. This includes making sure office supplies are stocked at all times, ordering businesses lunches when needed, notifying all employees of company holidays or upcoming days off, etc.Requirements for this role include:2+ years experience as an Executive or Admin AssistantTransportation to our office in Red Bank every dayDetail-oriented, fast learner, and adaptableAbility to function in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
