DutiesAssist with the procurement of goods and services for the companyMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery informationCollaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as neededAssist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliersPrepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods and servicesTrack shipments and resolve any issues or discrepanciesAssist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier relationshipsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is a plusStrong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practicesProficient in using purchasing software systems such as SAP or EdwardsFamiliarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesNote: Only qualified candidates will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
