RightClick is a leading provider of staffing and recruitment solutions, specializing in the IT industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional who will be responsible for driving new business development through strategic outreach, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs). The Sales Professional will play a pivotal role in expanding RightClick's client-based through strategic and personalized outreach. The Sales Team works closely with Account Managers to ensure value propositions are individualized to prospects and address current goals or problems. This partnership provides prospective clients with a unique experience catered to their current and future needs. Sales Professionals are responsible for following active leads, as well as generating leads through various sources and tools. Key Responsibilities:Conduct proactive cold outreach initiatives through both calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.Generate a list of active prospects using lead generations tools (ZoomInfo, Job Alerts, etc.). Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align sales outreach with relevant product information and value propositions. Regularly communicate with recruiters to understand market trends, active leads, and additional lead opportunities. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.Negotiate Master Service Agreements with clients to yield best case terms for both parties. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in new business development.Demonstrated success in conducting cold outreach activities, including calls and emails, to generate leads and opportunities.Experience identifying unique and innovative strategies for lead generation and outreach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships at all levels.Motivated by key performance indicators (KPIs) and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.Track record of closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in effectively using lead generations tools and sales automation tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, SourceWhale, Salesforce, preferred).
