Your primary responsibility will be to support our business divisions in processing and managing customer orders with utmost accuracy and efficiency. This role will require close collaboration with various departments, including sales, customer service, logistics, and finance, to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. Your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction, business division support, trade, and revenue compliance, ultimately achieving our team's success.This six-month role offers a hybrid work arrangement. You must work three days in the office and two days from home. Job Duties:Order Processing: Receive and accurately process customer orders via various channels, including email, phone, sales quotations, and online portals through order management systems.Essential Sales Quote Support: Assisting sales teams with preparing accurate quotes before and after signature and converting quotes to orders in respective systems.Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Proactively communicate with customers regarding delays or issues during order processing.Customer Support: Address customer inquiries about order status, software provisioning, shipping information, and product availability. Provide timely and courteous responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Inventory Awareness: Basic collaboration with global/regional distribution centers and inventory/product management teams to stay informed of inventory availability for order fulfillment.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to keep track of changes/updates to orders with relevant approvals per policy.Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of order details, i.e., pricing, part # numbers, customer contact, delivery information, and quantities, before processing orders. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors with customers.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations regarding order processing and data privacy.Qualifications:2-4 Year Degree preferred; additional education or training in business administration, software delivery, or supply chain management is a plus.Experience in order administration, sales support, or a related field is beneficial but optional for entry-level positions.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data entry, and order processing accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to resolve order-related issues effectively.Experience with a top enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is a plus.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and other relevant software applications is a plus.Experience with Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Apps, Microsoft Office/Suite, and Data Load is a plus.CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
