Due to a recent internal promotion, we have an opportunity for great candidate to join our DC HR Team, as an HR Coordinator. The DC HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager as well as team members at the Distribution Center. This includes recruiting for our DC Warehouse openings as well as assisting team members with general HR related questions. This person will work in different HR systems and should be comfortable with technology. This role will report to the Sr. Human Resources Manager.As the DC HR Coordinator, you will:Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting for Distribution Center, including but not limited to, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, and coordinating interviews for qualified candidates.Ensure all candidates visiting the Distribution Center have the best possible experience and leave as brand promoters regardless of outcome.Assists with the pre-employment process including submitting background checks and scheduling pre-employment testing.Assists with new hire orientation and new hire paperwork process for all Distribution Center Warehouse associates.Provide HR support for non-management DC Team Members on HR related topics, including HRIS mobile app inquiries.Assist with greeting and assisting visitors with sign in and sign out process.Assist with planning and coordinating associate monthly engagement activities..Meet our values - Own it & Serve othersThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:1-2 years HR experience with a focus on Distribution Center recruitingWell-versed in Indeed Proficient with Microsoft Office Strong communication skills, verbal and writtenStrong understanding of various social media platforms including FB, twitter, and InstagramPositive attitude and willingness to pitch-in wherever needed.Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting prioritiesDesire to improve, learn and growPlease note that this role is required to be onsite 5 days a week.Why you'll want to join our team:Join a historic, family-owned business that has helped furnish the lives of customers for more than 70 yearsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits including a 401K planGrowth.
