Competitive compensation Full benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401 (K) with generous company match Generous Paid time off (PTO) Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Life Insurance coverageJob DetailsAs a Consulting Project Site Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include Overseeing all on-site operations to ensure compliance with design and construction documents, safety protocols, and quality standards. Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to plan and on schedule. Interpreting and reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents to guide installation and maintenance of machinery. Implementing and enforcing stringent safety protocols, including OSHA Safety standards and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Conducting regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards and taking immediate corrective action. Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. Providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including any changes or deviations from the original plan. Managing the maintenance of all machinery, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.QualificationsTo qualify for this role, you will need A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on engineering, machine installations, and machine maintenance. Proven experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of OSHA Safety standards and LOTO procedures. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
