Ring a bell? If so, we've got the job for you! This is a full-time role for an HR Specialist at G&P Construction. As an HR Specialist, you will support our CFO on a daily basis and be our go-to person for all things HR-related.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee queries.Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support.Prepare HR reports and presentations for the CFO.RequirementsAssociates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience.Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.Familiarity with HR software (ADP Workforce Now/ Comprehensive Services).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Some familiarity with MS Excel; strong excel skills preferred.Ideally located in Cleveland or the general vicinity.Why Join G&P Construction?• Work a flexible hybrid schedule with a dynamic and innovative team that's building something different than all the other folks.• Be a part of a growing, fun company built on American values.• Enjoy a collaborative work environment that values expertise and continuous improvement.• More than competitive salary and benefits package.• Join G&P Construction and help us drive the future of intralogistics
