The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of client engagements, including tax planning and compliance, audit and assurance, financial consulting, and more.Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations of client financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to auditing standards.Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, including tax compliance, strategic tax planning, and resolving tax-related issues.Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to improve financial performance and achieve business objectives.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address accounting and financial challenges, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance.Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.Mentor and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to facilitate their professional development and growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and auditing standards.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., UltraTax) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development, including continuing education and training programs.Dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Exposure to diverse client engagements and industries, providing valuable experience and learning opportunities.
