We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter in Morristown, NJ. The Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales professionals to join a growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, sales strategies, and the ability to identify candidates who can drive our business forward.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent in the pharmaceutical industry.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills:o Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales roles and requirements.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).o High preference to experience working with ADP though not required.o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.o Strong organizational and time management skills.
