Our client, a prestigious private equity firm is seeking an organized and efficient Office Administrative Coordinator to join their San Francisco team!. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily office operations for the company, ensuring that seamless and accurate support is provided across all levels of the organization. Your engaging demeanor and solid organizational skills with help you to be successful within this role.This is a hybrid role in San FranciscoYou WillHandle general office administration, including upkeep and securityLiaise with property manager, IT, and external vendorsEstablish best practices and maintain updated office operations handbookMaintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and equipment, ordering more as neededOversee conference room scheduleDistribute mail and packages as neededCoordinate international/domestic travel arrangements with thorough itinerariesOversee and manage all expenses and budgetingHandle inquiries quickly and proactively and identify process improvements to increase efficiencyHandle Reception duties ensuring all guests are taken care ofStreamline communications between executives, clients, etc.Prepare executives for board and team meetings, client presentations, and eventsLiaise with IT support on office needsTake on additional projects as requestedYou Have2-5+ years of experience providing executive supportA Bachelor's degreeHave excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mentalityHighly detail oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentHave efficient technical skills and be able to adjust to new tasks quicklyExtremely professional, discreet, and sensitive when it comes to confidential informationHighly proficient technical skills: ability to adapt to new systemsComp: $65 - 75k base + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsYou can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
