FlexibilityHybrid Work Model & a Business Casual Dress Code, including jeansYour Future: 401k Matching Program, Professional Development Reimbursement Work/Life Balance: Flexible Personal/Vacation Time Off, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysYour Wellbeing: Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Parental Leave Diversity & Inclusion: Committed to Welcoming, Celebrating and Thriving on DiversityTraining: Hands-On, Team-Customized, including SS&C University Extra Perks: Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and more!What You Will Get To Do:Support development of team members by providing technical training and sharing fund knowledge Review client deliverables, including, but not limited to: quarterly financial statements, investment data, partner's capital allocations, fund net asset value and applicable accrual bookingsPrimary liaison for book of business and work closely with external parties such as auditors, law firms and tax advisorsPreparation, review and maintenance of general ledgers, sub ledgers and trial balances for multiple fund clients, according to various accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP)Run and/or assist the implementation, onboarding and setup of new client entitiesContribute and identify opportunity for the development and implementation of adequate and effective processes to improve the overall operationsActively planning, coordinating and monitoring the quality and timing of various client deliverables of the team, according to the operating memoranda/SLAsAggregation, maintenance and reconciliation of key business and client metricsWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, MBA and/or CPA/CFA is a plus6+ years' experience in accounting, focus on alternative investments fundsPrivate Equity Fund Accounting/Real Assets experience requiredKnowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other comprehensive basis of accounting, with an emphasis on investment partnershipsExperience with Consolidated Financial Statements and Minority Interest Proven ability to manage time effectively and multi-task between shifting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills requiredThank you for your interest in SS&C!
