Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a P&C licensed, dedicated, and proactive Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their team out of their Freehold, NJ office.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive salary: $70K to $85kComprehensive benefits packageProfessional development opportunities and training.Supportive and inclusive work environment.QualificationsActive P&C License Proven experience in commercial insurance, account management, or related roles.Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products, policies, and coverage options.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business risks.Experience in the following industries highly desired Construction, Contractors, ManufacturingAccounts that range up to $100k in premium Proficient in insurance software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business operations, goals, and risk management needs.Regularly communicate with clients to assess their evolving insurance requirements and provide personalized guidance.Collaborate with clients to analyze their business risks and exposures, considering factors such as industry regulations, market trends, and specific business activities.Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products.Design comprehensive insurance solutions that align with clients' risk profiles and coverage needs.Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to create tailored insurance policies.Manage the entire insurance policy lifecycle, from initial policy issuance to endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy documents, endorsements, and related paperwork.Assist clients in navigating the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure smooth claims resolution.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact clients' insurance needs.Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and carriers to offer the best solutions to clients.Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or coverage enhancements to meet clients' evolving needs.Collaborate with sales teams to expand the agency's footprint within existing client accounts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy documentation, and correspondence in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including revenue targets, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
