Rainbow USA Inc, is a specialty retailer based in Brooklyn, New York with locations throughout the US and Caribbean. We are currently looking for HVAC Facilities Manager for our corporate office in the Construction DepartmentPrimary Responsibilities:Handle all HVAC service callsHandle HVAC system bids and installs as neededRequest, receive and report on all HVAC surveys for proposed new stores to necessary partiesHandle new HVAC unit install filings for NYCManage all Cat 1 NYC InspectionsHandle and manage incoming facility services callsCoordinate all HVAC and facilities work with vendors and follow up to ensure completionReview and approve all invoices for HVAC and facility repairsWork with Vendors to rectify problems on invoices as discoveredReport all HVAC and facility deficiencies to the Landlords as lease requiredHandle state / city violationsJob Requirements:Highly organized and flexibleExcellent computer skills including MS-Excel, Word and Lotus notesAbility to adapt to changing demands and prioritiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsMinimum: 5 years experience related experienceWe expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the range of $ 63,000 to $70,000 for salaried positions; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions.
