If a team has a story to tell, we can help them.We're looking for an experienced Customer Education Manager to join our team to help educate our customers how to get the most value. In this role, you'll work with our Community and Education team to create customer-facing education programs and develop, deploy, and iterate educational content for our customers and agency partners across a variety of channels.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild educational programs and related content, then develop and deploy across various channels (help center/guide, interactive courses, online and in-person live training, long- and short-form videos, etc.)Create educational content for customers, community advocates, and agency partnersCollaborate with customers to source inspirational and instructional user-generated contentBuild and manage advanced coursework, such as badging and certification programsLead webinars, workshops, and other live eventsPreferred Qualifications:5+ years' experience in instructional design, customer education or equivalent experienceExcellent written, verbal, and video communication skills, as this role integrates all threeDemonstrated ability to create clear and engaging customer-focused educational content across a variety of mediaFlexible and open to take on new projects or opportunities, with the ability to navigate ambiguityEnthusiastic about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to travel regionally and globally periodicallyWhat we Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageA pivotal role in a company leading innovation in the AI-driven visual content sectorA dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovationOpportunities for professional growth and skill development in cutting-edge marketing techniquesA collaborative culture that values teamwork and employee insightsThis role is 80-100% in-office in San Francisco
