This organization is known for its commitment to innovation and sustainability and is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to enhance HR and talent management across multiple locations.Job Description:The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership and staff to drive HR strategies and manage all aspects of HR operations. This role is focused on supporting employee relations, talent management, and the overall HR function in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop HR Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.Manage Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations in partnership with management.Oversee Talent Needs: Identify and address talent gaps, ensuring appropriate staffing solutions are in place.Handle Global Mobility: Manage the processes related to employee transfers, relocations, and visa requirements.Support Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through to retirement.Administer Recognition Programs: Manage and coordinate special recognition and reward programs.Advise on Compensation: Provide guidance on compensation structures and reward programs.Analyze Talent Data: Utilize data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies.Develop Performance Tools: Assist in creating performance management tools and succession planning processes.Implement Training Programs: Work with the Talent Development Manager to execute training and development programs.Innovate HR Practices: Collaborate with HR team members to improve and innovate HR practices.Deliver HR Solutions: Partner with shared services to provide effective HR solutions and services.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or HR certifications (PHR/SPHR) preferred.Experience: Significant experience in employee relations and HR compliance, particularly in a professional services setting.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Workday and In-Design is a plus.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer Service: Proven customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis is beneficial.Independence: Ability to work independently and effectively in a matrix environment.Perks:Work Environment: Engaging and forward-thinking work atmosphere.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Compensation: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
