The Property Procurement Coordinator role has been developed to support the Property Procurement team to manage the roll out and development of all fixtures and fittings associated with JD group brands in North America. The Property Procurement Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the wider Real Estate team to ensure administrative tasks, planning, organizing and supplier relationships are maintained. This individual will effectively exhibit JDFinish Line's core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following key duties:Key Duties and Responsibilities:? Provides administrative support to the Property Procurement Team? Manages the Property Procurement supplier database? Processes purchase orders where required (COUPA)? Tracks procurement timelines? Facilitates supplier meetings and issues notes? Coordinates with the logistics and supply teams? Tracks and monitors supplier cost savings? Support the logistics and supply team where required? Supports the construction team where requiredExperience and Skills:? Good communication skills? Excellent organizational skills? Previous office / admin experience? Proficient in Microsoft / Google suite or equivalent? Possesses good time management? Good numeracy skills? Excellent time keeping? Proactive attitude? Additional duties as requiredRequired Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience required. At least 1-2 years' experience in construction, store facilities, or a design role with a specialty retailer would be preferred.
