80128TSR is a premier National U.S. Staffing company with over 50 years of staffing excellence.Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring a Medical Communications Manager for a 5+ months contracting role.We are looking for a MedComms professional with experience in planning and driving scientific publications (and also scientific content, however the role's focus is primarily publications).MUST have experience in leading scientific publications development and publication planningAbility to interpret and analyze scientific/clinical dataExperience leading cross-functional, cross-cultural project teams, and collaborating across matrix, multiple markets and global geographiesUnderstands and complies with established good publication practices (GPP3, ICMJE)PharmD, MD, PhD or equivalentExtensive Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience with a focus on medical communicationsWork Location: Princeton NJPay: $85-100/hour W2Required Skills: Development and execution of a comprehensive, globally aligned strategic WW/US medical publications and content plans to support the effective communication of data and launch for safe and effective use of medicinesDevelop and update WW/US medical content per clinical development program, publications, data presentations, congress activity, MI inquiry trends, global communication platform, product safety reports and treatment landscapeAnalyzes and interprets scientific data to update or develop comprehensive, balanced, credible and accurate documents that comply with applicable laws, regulations, guidance and policies and proceduresLead development of medical communications and ensure timely journal submissions, publications, congress presentations, and deliver internal and external scientific contentManages and prioritizes multiple projects, provides solutions to complex problems, and delivers complete and accurate information within deadlinesAssists with the communication of the Oncology strategy related to healthcare providers, payers, access influencers, and healthcare decision makersServe as a subject matter expert related to communication landscape, HCP preferences, publication and scientific content planning, data disclosure / disseminationManages development of content deliverables, such as reactive materials for field medical and field HEORManage vendor agency partnership to drive planning and execution of publication and content deliverables:Experience leading medical communications across all phases of drug development and commercializationExperience in solid tumor oncology a plus
