This role is required to work in the Marlton NJ office.SEBPO is seeking a skilled Executive Administrator to support our CEO and C-Level executives. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, prioritizing issues, and ensuring smooth executive workflows in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Executive SupportManage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.Engage with other C-Level executives to prioritize issues and follow up on itemsTrack all to-dos and manage and track down follow upsPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Act as liaison between executives and stakeholders.Meeting and Event CoordinationOrganize high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.Plan and manage executive events and engagements.Prioritization and Project ManagementAddress and prioritize urgent issues and tasks.Assist with special projects and ensure deadlines are met.Confidentiality and Office ManagementHandle sensitive information with discretion.Maintain efficient office systemsOtherRetrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written data summaries when needed.Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings as requested.Creates and formats documents to SEBPO standards as requested. Provide proofreading when necessary.Maintains filing systems as assigned.Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives as an Executive Administrator, preferably in a BPO setting.Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.Confidentiality is a must, as is keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent organization skills; proactive.Ability to work independently.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Must be able to drive to the post office or grocery store/office supply store as needed.
