Position: Onsite Office CoordinatorPay Rate: Up to $29/hrLocation: 100% Onsite in Princeton, NJEmployment Type: ContractKey Responsibilities:Perform data entry to support the transition to a new meeting tracking technology.Assist with various tasks related to the preparation and execution of on-site staff events and meetings.Provide support for team meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.Assist multiple staff members with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.Handle invoice reconciliation and prepare documents for payment.Minimum Requirements:At least two (2) years of experience in office coordination. Meeting planning experience is a plus.Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).Familiarity with basic audio/visual tools for meetings.Experience with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, with good judgment and the ability to seek help when needed.Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Reliable customer service skills, with the ability to represent RWJF professionally.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in note-taking is a plus.Additional Information:Project management experience is highly desirable.
