With a disciplined and consistent investment strategy, they are expanding their real estate and property management sector, maintaining a strong commitment to excellence in property management and customer service.They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations near Mahwah, NJ. This role of Human Resources Manager is essential in supporting the company's continued growth.Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Manager:RecruitmentAssist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for some corporate and field positions.Performance ManagementOversee evaluations and performance improvement plans.OnboardingEnsure smooth transitions and integration of new hires.Training & DevelopmentOrganize training across various areas such as onboarding, compliance, DEI, health and safety, and career development.ComplianceMaintain legal, safety, and labor law adherence.Employee RelationsAddress workplace concerns and conflicts.ADP/Aspire SystemsDemonstrate proficiency with both ADP and Aspire systems, including the ability to navigate these platforms and understand their current usage within the company.Budget Management: Oversee and manage HR budgets, including those for recruitment, training, and other HR-related expenses. Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate HR-related risks to ensure compliance.DEI InitiativesPromote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.Fair HousingEnsure compliance with fair housing laws in employment practices.OSHA ComplianceOversee workplace safety in adherence to OSHA standards.Qualifications for Human Resources ManagerExperienceStrong background in HR management (real estate and/or property management exposure is a plus)EducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.CertificationsSHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications preferred.SkillsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with solid knowledge of HR laws, DEI practices, and OSHA standards.
