Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Coordinator for its New York, NY location. This individual will be responsible for servicing multiple locations across the country by consulting, advising, coaching and partnering with business operations on people and organizational needs.DutiesNegotiate and resolve employee issues and conflictsUtilize HRIS systems for data analysis and reportingDevelop and implement strategic planning for employee relationsOversee FMLA and other leave programsConduct employee evaluations and provide feedbackManage budgeting related to employee relations activitiesFamiliarity with Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar HR systemsImplement succession planning strategiesDraft and review employment contractsRequirementsProven experience in employee relations or a related fieldStrong knowledge of HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
