We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese/English) Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our commercial insurance clients while leveraging their language skills to serve our Chinese-speaking customers.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients via phone, email, and in-person interactionsProcess and manage policy changes, endorsements, and renewals for commercial insurance policiesGenerate insurance premium quotes for clients and assist in processing formsInvestigate and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issuesMaintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's databaseIdentify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate insurance products to clientsAssist in coordinating service requirements with underwriters and other departmentsStay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and company policiesRequirements:Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (Cantonese a +)P&C Insurance License (prefer)1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance or customer service roleStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and insurance-specific softwareAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offExperience:Insurance Brokerage: 2 years (Required)Language:Chinese (Required)
