The job of Onsite Supervisor was established for the purpose of acting as a lead person in the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to associate employees ( 150+ EMPLOYEES) regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; overseeing the maintenance of records, files and databases of personnel actions, and evaluations; and assisting the Human Resources Department in ensuring that personnel functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements. The On-site Supervisor is responsible for performing in-depth human resources duties under minimal supervision and the nominal supervision of subordinate personnel. Will work closely with the Client to provide high level of customer service and ensure compliance with all company's policies and procedures.Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strategic partnership through an extensive and detailed understanding of the business, strategic direction, processes, and policies.Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's staffing needs.Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.Build strong relationships with the client and foster a consultative relationship to increase business.Consistently exceed client and talent expectations and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.· Successfully orient and onboard new talent.· Manage the day-to-day HR functions which includes coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, ending of assignments, and terminations.· Find creative, proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges.· Ensure a positive candidate/ field employee experience.· Foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety.· Conduct site evaluations and safety walks.· Participate in client safety meetings and trainings.· Manage timekeeping records and process payroll.· Maintains constant communication with Branch Manager / Regional Manager and keeps up to date on the client's staffing needs in order to receive support with order fulfillment.Runs reports for client based on their needs.Reports issues such as injuries, harassment, and incidents to management immediately.QualificationsTwo to three years of business experience with a minimum of 2 in either HR, recruiting, or staffing.Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload.Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex situations in an effective manner.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
