You will have the chance to influence the way the organization attracts and retains top talent, playing a key role in the growth of our various offerings and overall company culture.ReportingYou will report to the Global Head of People and will work closely with all other members in our People TeamAs the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will have ownership for end-to-end recruitment and hiring across all practices in this region, with a focus on positions of Engagement Manager level and above.Salary: $100-120k + Bonus Core responsibilities will include:Provide input into recruitment projects with geographical specific expertise and knowledgeWith the input of the practice leads, monitor target start dates and provide guidance as to when we may need to engage with third party vendors / agenciesOwnership of entry level recruitment in their regionLiaising with hiring managers to scope out rolesWhere necessary, guide Managers or Practice leads to write Job Descriptions in-line with our Career Architecture and role requirementsAdvertising rolesPassive and proactive searching for prospective candidatesResume ScreeningConducting First InterviewsLiaising with hiring managers to talk about potential candidatesArranging any further interviews and case studies (if required)Gathering FeedbackManaging offer processesManagement of ATSAssisting with additional ad-hoc recruitment tasks where neededOrganizing entry level recruitment as required i.e. recruitment events, assessment daysRequired Experience and Skills:A minimum of 6 years recruitment experience in either an agency or Talent Acquisition roleRecruitment experience within the Life Science or biopharma space will be advantageous but isn't essentialOutstanding customer/client service skills or strong evidence of what this looks like and how to apply it at workIT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelConfident and competent organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to thrive under pressureStrong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levelsExcellent oral and written communication skills
