Key Responsibilities:Assist Digital Campaign Specialists in meeting campaign goals, KPIs, and deadlines.Develop, implement, optimize, and oversee PPC, Google Display Network (GDN), Bing/Yahoo, mobile, display, social media, and SEO campaigns.Conduct research and propose paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, including strategic planning, selecting landing pages, keywords, ad copy creation, and setting up post-click tagging for analysis and improvement via Google Analytics.Actively manage and optimize paid search, YouTube, and GDN campaigns to achieve clients' budget goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Write compelling ad copy and secure creative assets for search campaigns.Continuously test and analyze keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance ROI and increase campaign volume.Develop effective bidding strategies and manage keywords for PPC search engines to meet acquisition targets and efficiency metrics (e.g., CPA, CPL).Collaborate with key search engine sales representatives to support campaigns.Provide in-depth analysis of key metrics and program tracking methods to boost search performance efficiency.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising operations or fulfillment roles.At least 2 years of experience managing paid search advertising campaigns.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, social media, reach extension, video, or display advertising.Proven expertise in digital campaign management, demonstrating performance against SLAs and KPIs.Resourceful, results-oriented, and skilled at team management to achieve goals.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills leading to positive outcomes.Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and apply new concepts and tools.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
