This is a unique opportunity to be a key HR leader for one of their business, working closely with senior executives and contributing to the firm's continued growth.Responsibilities:Aligning talent management processes and employee policies.Act as a culture champion, harmonizing organizational practices between legacy firms.Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.Provide strategic advice on talent development, organizational design, and compliance with employment laws.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives and optimize employee performance.Ideal Candidate:10+ years of HR Business Partner/Generalist experience in a financial services firm (not start-ups or small firms).Strong leadership presence, able to work independently and make decisive, in-the-moment decisions.Experience working closely with senior executives, handling complex HR challenges.Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and compliance.40249
