Bookkeeper/Office AdministratorLancaster, PAJoin a small, faith-based business with the motto "Love People More," including our team, customers, and the communityProvide bookkeeping and administrative support for a growing commercial roofing companyGenerate invoices to send to customersCollect, apply, & process paymentsCommunicate with customers regarding their invoicesPay all bills promptlyReconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve any issuesProcess employee payroll and enter deductionsReimburse eligible employee purchasesServe as the first point of contact for any visitors or phone callsCoordinate company events like picnics and birthday celebrationsOversee employee uniform & apparel programMaintain office supply stocks and communicate with the cleaning crewMoser Roofing Solutions is a local family-owned commercial roofing company founded in 2007 that offers new roofing, repair, service work, and preventative maintenance. We seek an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator who will oversee our day-to-day accounting functions while greeting visitors, planning company events, and stocking office supplies.Our vision is to leave a legacy of excellence in all we do on and off the roof. We also invest in our employees' lives by providing meaningful work experiences through mentoring, training, and resources to help them grow personally and professionally.Our Ideal Bookkeeper/Office Administrator:Experienced: 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (in construction is a plus!)Computer Savvy: Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, and experience with Accounting software is preferredClear Communicator: Ability to speak clearly with employees, vendors, and customersAnalytical: Familiar with accounting concepts and practicesDetail-Oriented: A task-oriented, organized person with high standards to handle all the details.
