ResponsibilitiesLead Nurturing Analysis: Analyze and optimize lead nurturing strategies by tracking conversion rates across marketing funnels, ensuring maximum ROI from marketing efforts.Churn Analysis: Develop and implement churn analysis models to identify patterns and predict customer attrition, providing actionable insights to improve retention.Reporting & Insights: Design and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards, focusing on marketing performance metrics, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and campaign ROI.Data-Driven Decision Making:Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving marketing strategies, customer engagement, and profitability.Marketing Campaign Performance:Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying trends and key performance indicators to inform future marketing efforts.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with senior management, marketing, and sales teams to present insights and strategies that support business goals.Tool & Technology Expertise:Leverage data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms to extract and present insights from complex datasets.Desired Experience10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).Churn & Lead Nurturing Expertise: Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, retention strategies, and lead nurturing processes.Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders, focusing on performance optimization.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
