The role provides analyses and reporting for hisher direct manager and completes complex ad hoc margin analyses to help explain variances and results.This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote. Responsibilities:Create and run financial reports using Snowflake, PeopleSoft, Anaplan, and other relevant software packages on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis for total companydivisionsregionsReview financial reports created by Sr. Analysts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis for total companydivisionsregionsPrepare analyses on various drivers of P&L margin decline and Inventory Cost Change, e.g. Customer mix driving margin compression due to rapid growth of a customer concept that writes a lower marginDevelopment of the monthlyquarterly forecast by actively providing specific, actionable and forward looking insights on various changes as well as providing guidance on any potential risksSupport hisher manager and collaborate with various divisionsregions to conduct ad hoc analyses on margin impacts and partner with Division Finance and Regional Finance Directors to communicate findingsCreate and implement budget planning tools (spreadsheets, databases etc.) that will be used to plan, track, and report TGP initiativesSupport management with respect to exceptionad hoc reportinganalysis utilizing advanced querying and complex data aggregations and analyses not supported by a single applicationOther duties as assigned by managerRelationships:Internal: Corporate Margin Team; Divisional and Corporate Finance staff members, Revenue Management, and PricingExternal: NoneMinimum Qualifications:Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience required in Finance or other relevant area with focus on planning and analysisStrong systems and technical experience required with advanced skills using MS Office Suite's Excel and PowerPoint and experience querying data via SQL.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsAble to work autonomously as well as interact across all levels of staff and managementMust possess keen attention to detail and drive for resultsUp to 10% travel may be requiredEducation:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business or analytical field required (or related experience)CertificationsTraining:CPACMA preferredPreferred Qualifications:Masters degree preferredUniversal Pay Verbiage:Compensation depends on relevant experience andor education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
