Executive Function/ADHD Coach

We cultivate a growth-centric culture that prioritizes continuous learning and strives to enhance accessibility to top-tier mental health care services.Responsibilities:Provide personalized executive function coaching sessions to clients, including children, adults and parents as applicable to eachDevelop tailored training programs based on individual needs and goals, such as Planning and Organizing, Goal Setting and Implementation, Strategic Thinking, Prioritizing, Time and Task management and productivityAssist students with notetaking, study skills, test-taking strategies, memorization strategies to achieve their full potentialCandidate should have knowledge of the impact executive dysfunction and ADHD has on an individual as well as an ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse clients. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have excellent writing and computer skills. Ability to work with a team, including therapists, prescribers, and case managers, is key to support client growth. This part time position is 8-10 hours a week and based in Brooklyn.Salary: $80 an hour
