Requirements QualificationsEducation: •Possession of an advanced Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university is preferred. Experience: •Five (5) or more years of successful teaching experience, preferably in the content area of instruction; •Extensive experience facilitating a variety of instructional strategies and learning activities; •Experience teaching adult learners; •Training in Learning-focused Supervision. Credentials: •A valid California Teaching Credential (Multiple Subject, Single Subject &or Education Specialist Clear Credential) •Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential is desirable.
